Quote, switch and track any meter in the market.

Three products — domestic switching, non-domestic switching and non-commodity cost — all served by one quote engine, plus a registration tracker that follows every switch to go-live.

Underpinning all three: the tariff comparison engine

One quote engine prices every structure — single rate, time of use, passthrough and flex — at half-hourly resolution, for whichever product is calling it.

Core differentiators

Four things most comparison engines can't do

01
Every tariff structure supported

Single rate, Economy 7, time of use, passthrough and full flex contracts — all priced by the same engine, so a household special and a business flex deal can be compared on the same basis.

02
Time-of-use compared at half-hourly interval

The quote engine settles each of the 48 daily periods against the customer's own load shape. Most engines flatten time-of-use tariffs to an average and get the ranking wrong.

03
Direct integrations across the biggest panel of operational suppliers

Switches are submitted into supplier systems directly — not passed on as a lead — with contract status returned. Coverage spans the entire live GB market, domestic and non-domestic.

04
Non-commodity cost calculator for all profile classes

The network, environmental and regulatory charges suppliers use to build their own customer bills, reproduced for every profile class — so the quoted price is the price that lands.

Product 01

Domestic switching

A household journey that starts with an address, not a form. We find the meters, pull the consumption where consent allows, and quote against a real usage shape instead of an Ofgem typical-use assumption.

Start from an address — meters found and matched automatically, no MPAN typing
Real consumption pulled from industry data with consent, or estimated from the property
Every domestic structure quoted: single rate, Economy 7, and time of use
Dual fuel handled as one journey, one switch, one status
Direct switch submission with progress tracked to go-live
Runs under your brand or Perse's consumer brand, Labrador

01
Address in

The customer types their address. We match the property and find the registered electricity and gas meters behind it.

02
Consumption resolved

Half-hourly or profiled usage retrieved with consent — or modelled from the property where no data exists yet.

03
Whole market priced

Every available tariff costed against that usage shape, including time-of-use rates settled period by period.

04
Switch submitted

The chosen deal goes straight into the supplier's systems through a direct integration.

05
Tracked to completion

Contract status flows back so the customer always knows where the switch is.

Contract types quoted
Fixed — single & multi rateStandard

Day, night and evening/weekend registers priced against the meter's own register splits.

Time of useHH settled

Rates that change by period, day and season — costed across all 48 settlement periods.

PassthroughVariable NCC

Commodity fixed, non-commodity charges passed through at cost and modelled per profile class.

FlexTraded

Volume purchased in tranches against the wholesale curve, with risk and fee structures represented.

Product 02

Non-domestic switching

From a single micro-business meter to a half-hourly portfolio on a flex contract. Non-domestic pricing is where the market gets hard — multiple meters, profile classes, bespoke uplifts and non-commodity charges that swamp the unit rate. All of it is modelled, not estimated.

Micro-business through to half-hourly and portfolio-scale supply
Fixed, passthrough and flex contracts quoted side by side
Profile class, measurement class and capacity handled per meter
Non-commodity charges calculated to supplier billing methodology
Multi-meter uploads priced in one run and rolled up by site or entity

Non-commodity cost calculator

More than half a business bill is not the energy. Network, environmental and regulatory charges are calculated for every profile class — using the same methodology suppliers use to bill their own customers, not a flat pence-per-kWh adder.

The differentiator underneath

The tariff comparison engine

The quote engine behind all three products. It prices every structure in the market — single rate, Economy 7, time of use, passthrough and flex — against the same half-hourly consumption shape, so the ranking is genuinely like-for-like.

Rank a time-of-use tariff on annual volume alone and you get the wrong answer. We settle every period against the customer's own load shape.

Half-hourly settlement

Each of the 48 periods is priced against the customer's own consumption for that period — not a daily average.

Load-shape aware

Where metered data is thin, consumption is modelled from the property and profile class so time-of-use tariffs still rank correctly.

Full cost stack

Commodity, standing charge, network, environmental and regulatory charges assembled into one comparable annual figure.

Wholesale curve for flex

Flex and passthrough contracts modelled against traded curve positions rather than a single headline rate.

Seasonal & day-type rules

Rates that vary by season, weekday and weekend are represented exactly as the supplier defines them.

Multi-meter roll-up

Quote a whole portfolio in one run and roll the results up by site, region or legal entity.

Explainable output

Every quote breaks down into its components, so a broker can defend the number to a customer.

API or UI

Consume the engine through the Perse APIs, or use the hosted journeys — the same pricing either way.

Direct switch integrations

Biggest panel of operational suppliers

Not a lead-generation handoff. The switch is submitted directly into the supplier's own systems, with contract status flowing back — so you can tell a customer where their switch actually is.

Coverage is maintained across the whole live market, domestic and non-domestic, as suppliers enter and leave it.

Direct submission

Contracts go into supplier systems through maintained integrations — no manual rekeying, no lead handoff.

Status back in real time

Objections, cooling-off, registration and go-live all flow back into the journey.

Instant meter data

ElectraLink and RECCo integrations return meter and consumption data at the point of quote.

Market exclusives

Deals not on public comparison panels, including time-of-use products.

Additional product

Registration tracker

A switch does not end when it is submitted. The tracker follows every registration through its life — in progress, cancelled or completed — with the expected go-live date attached, so nobody has to chase a supplier to find out where a contract is.

For third-party intermediaries that turns switch status into a forecast: which contracts will go live and when, what commission they represent, and which cancellations will come back as clawbacks.

Every registration tracked from submission to go-live, with the expected live date on each
Statuses that mean something operationally: in progress, cancelled, completed
Revenue forecasting for TPIs — commission expected, by month, from the live book
Clawback exposure flagged early from cancellations and failed registrations
